Choose from two shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipment via FedEx (Free of Charge): Receive your sign within 18-21 days 

  2. Express Shipment via FedEx ($100+): Receive your sign in 10 to 13 days. Fully tracked and signed for.

Once your sign is in transit, our team will promptly provide you with the tracking number, enabling you to monitor the delivery progress. Please be aware that depending on your location, customs charges may apply. Rest assured, all shipments are covered by insurance to safeguard against any transportation mishaps. In the unlikely event of any issues, we will replace your order at no additional cost. While we utilize an external transport service, unanticipated delays outside our control may occasionally occur, and as such, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times.

 

Returns and Cancellation Policy:

 

For fully customized pieces, we regretfully cannot accommodate cancellations or returns due to changes of heart, as each piece is meticulously crafted to order and is unique. All sales are considered final once the order is placed on our website. However, if your part arrives with a defect or an error, we are more than willing to accept returns or provide replacements.

 

Should your part arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to contact@thesignage-company.com, including the tracking information. We will promptly arrange a replacement product for you, at no extra charge.

 

Our commitment extends to a 12-month warranty on all items. If your item encounters any malfunctions or ceases to function within this period, please inform us, and we will replace it without any cost to you.

 

Please take note that return shipping is not prepaid, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost return packages.
